We are happy to announce that JKI has been invited to present at NI Week 2007, the Worldwide Virtual Instrumentation Conference (August 7-9, 2007 - Austin Convention Center, Austin, Texas). JKI will be presenting the following NI Week 2007 technical sessions:
Developing Commercial Software Applications in LabVIEW [TS1560]
Over the years, LabVIEW has become the standard for creating test and measurement applications. Meanwhile, LabVIEW has been evolving into an ever-more general-purpose software development platform. Learn about the benefits and challenges of developing commercial software written in LabVIEW, and share in some first-hand experiences of LabVIEW professionals.
Managing LabVIEW Reuse VIs across the Enterprise [TS1561]
Reusable software is a goal shared by developers everywhere. Why re-invent the wheel, when you can leverage your existing code? Manage software reuse properly with simple processes and tools, and you can avoid the common pitfalls of software reuse. Learn how to optimize the value of your organization's software development efforts.
LabVIEW XControl Design Patterns [TS1563]
XControls are a powerful LabVIEW feature. They allow you to create your own reusable Front Panel controls that have custom behavior written in LabVIEW. Learn how to make your own XControls using design-patterns developed by advanced LabVIEW users as well as some undocumented LabVIEW features, tips, and tricks.
In addition to these presentations, we are looking forward to the 5th annual OpenG/LAVA BBQ dinner and a variety of other exciting NI Week events. Make sure to visit the NI Week Blog for the latest in unofficial NI Week announcements and discussions.
